SBG (02-10-2018): I have found the course extremely beneficial. My sleep patterns has improved greatly. I am enjoying noticing the simple things in life more, being in the moment. I now have tools for a more fulfilling life. This course has given me the ability to look at the life attentively to be calmer more focusing to myself and others. MDG (02-10-2018): The Mindfulness course is an invaluable!! This Mindfulness Course is life changing. From the very first session I felt my life benefitted. Very good teaching in a calm environment. I have benefitted from my refresher courses (by attending the same course again and again). Bhante shafts his knowledge in a calm manner allowing time for questions.

EKL (18-10-2018): Before I felt concerned, unable to gain perspectives, caught in a cycle of problems. My stress levels were so high. Unable to breath and have caused a chronic stomach problems and sleep problems. The difference is immense. Now I feel strong and can gain my balance, compassion and perspectives easily.


GWL (18-10-2018): This cause is authentic which is why I am glad to have undertaken it. It is not a commercial like so many other courses in the west. Do I know myself better? Yes perhaps I do. The course constantly challenges me to look inward, thus finding personal answers. The philosophy side of the course is very interesting. The group meditation is always more powerful. I have been reminded of powerful wellness techniques and to take more time for myself.


NSL (18-10-2018): Mindfulness Meditation course is not only a course but a skill. A skill that will always be useful for a lifetime. It is not only to attain peace, calm but how to live our lives to a full potential. Learning the qualities from a guru/monk is more beneficial. They show us the path of being mindful. After joining this course, I have learned my things. Being kind, compassionate gives peace of mind. I feel ready to adopt this as a lifetime skill. I have less anger, hatred, envy and suffering. Thanks to Bhante Ji. I have the confidence to deal with my day to day problems.

NML (18-10-2018): The Beginners Mindfulness Course is a fantastic place to come to learn the foundation of Mindfulness in an easy to understand way. Bhante is full of wisdom and will put you at ease. It really will change your way of life for the better. I am very grateful to have been recommended this course. I have loved listening to Bhante’s wisdom every week. It is very empowering and motivating. It has also been great to meet the other people on the course. I feel more relaxed and this has also had an unexpected effect on my neck which is always very stiff. It is so much better. I am now calmer, more organized and better equipped to deal with the stress of life.


CGL (18-10-2018): This course is very enlightening, lots to learn and consider. Lots of absorb. Makes me realise that I am just at the beginning of my mindfulness journey.


RBL (18-10-2018): When I started this course, I think everyone including myself was quite reserved. By week ten, we have all become very comfortable and happy in each other’s company. Subjects every week are apparent to things happening in my everyday life as if the session was written for me personally.

SRB (19-10-2018): I turned to allow solve my problems my problems previously which bought anger, resentment to my life. This course has changed me. This Mindfulness Course has opens my eyes and given me a good understanding of how to live life. In this hectic world in a way that has brought me power of mind.


JWB (19-10-2018):  Feeling much more aware of my surrounding now. More able to take time out to meditate. I am lving the walking meditation as I feel a real sense of focus and calmness (grounding). RLB (19-10-2018): I think that this was very good balance between theory and practice and I understood most of the concepts. I am calmer, kinder and more aware of unhelpful thoughts. The lessons taught will be invaluable to anyone who experiences negative thoughts and feeling and will help them in the their daily life.


MTB (19-10-2018): Due to many challenging times in my life, I was close to self harming and taking my life. This course came along when I needed something that i could do to improve my quality of life. I/you have to be open to learn and you must practice as much as possible. I always thought I was a bad person and helpless. Now I feel positive about my future. This has been an eye opening for me. I have had a very difficult year. During the 10 weeks I also faced challenges of two deaths in the family and my marriage problems. My husband has notices the calmness in me and so has my family. I was close to take my life before the course started. However with daily practice I feel I am getting stronger each day. I would certainly recommend this course.


GDB (19-10-2018): Best course you will ever do, if you practice it. Life changing. Once you get a taste of the new energy, no going back. I feel calmer, happier, more patient, letting things go, more happiness, more motivated, more laughter, fun. This course is fantastic.


SDB (19-10-2018): I have been stuck in a dark and unenlightened room all of my life. I have always known there were doors in that room but could not see them. This course has opened a door just brought to let a beam of light shine into my darkness. I am looking forward to seeing more of the light when that door is opened further. It has been fantastic. I needed to understand why life for me was so unsatisfactory. I have been unhappy for a very very long time but could not put my finger on whey. I now have a tiny bit of insight and a thirst to know more. I am not as angry and I now have the tools to step back and observe rather than react.

Dear Bhante, Thank you so much for your help and guidance to the “Introduction to Buddhist Meditation” course. Your words of wisdom and insight to Buddhism have been an inspiration to us. We have both got so much more from this 6 weeks course, than we could have ever imagined. The Mindfulness Meditation is now a part of our lives and we will continue to practice on a regular basis. In the few months that I have been meeting with Bhante, I have learnt much of peace and meditation. It can be a struggle to practice alone everyday especially as I work full-time, commute and have lots of activities in my personal life as well. I love doing the meditation in our sessions together, I can feel energy in my body and my breathing and body feel calmer and Bhante is a brilliant guide.

I have noticed that sometimes in my day to day life I am able to catch my thoughts and make choices that previously would have been automatic and that is incredible and something I was not expecting. My friends say I am more present in our conversations and calmer. I realise that I have true choices now.

I found Buddhist meditation and therapy to be so different to other types of counselling and psychotherapy and I have to say I find this approach way more helpful than any other types I’ve tried, there is nothing airy-fairy about it, it is practical and gives me a way to make my life better in such a simple way. I think how can just sitting here breathing make a difference to my life but somehow it does. Putting in the time and effort is slowly changing the way my mind works, and thank goodness for that! I feel there is hope, its still early days but I am getting so much out of my time with Bhante and I totally recommend him to everyone I know.

Delighted to complete the Advanced Mindfulness Meditation Course (12 weeks) unhindered and consecutively. Worth every effort and contribution. Extremely satisfied with every aspect of the course. Training gained to be conscious and compassionate in our daily life is simply amazing. This course offers so much more than just meditation. Everyone from all walks of life, young or old will definitely benefit from this course. A Fun and very informative way to enhance all aspect of your life.

I have learnt quite a lot to relax myself and relate to other people better and no misunderstanding nor judging anybody. It improves daily activities.
